One job a day,
worth applying for.

Eklavya is a career agent that runs on your computer. Each morning it runs one focused search for each role you want. It searches the job sites you approved, with the logins you already have. When it finds the one job worth going for, it prepares everything you need to apply. It checks that nothing in your application is untrue, then tells you. You read it, and you send it.

Chosen from 31 listings this morning. The pay is above your minimum, and it's the shift you asked for. Two of the three things you said you wouldn't accept aren't there. It doesn't need the forklift ticket you don't have.

Checked against your record

Every claim in the resume and letter comes from a job, a skill or a qualification you gave. Nothing was added.

What happens next

Open the folder, read it, and apply on the site yourself. The get-ready checklist is on the card. Or say no, with a reason, and tomorrow's search learns from it.

The problem

Job hunting eats up hours you don't have.

Every job board shows you two thousand results. You scroll and set the same filters again. You rewrite the same resume for the fortieth listing. And the job that was right for you was posted on a site you've never heard of.

Eklavya does the looking for you, and stops when it has found the right one.

You don't get a spreadsheet of every listing. Eklavya does a limited search, picks one job, and prepares the documents to apply for it. If nothing is good enough, it tells you the day was quiet, and records that too.

How it works

A day with Eklavya

Eklavya runs once a day for each role you want, at the time you choose, on a computer you leave on. The dashboard runs it for you, and starts when you log in. After the install, you never need to open Claude again. The work is split into six jobs. Each one is done by a separate agent with one task, and no agent has any say over the next one's work.

  1. 01 · once Farah (Agent, Career development)

    Your record

You hand over the resumes you have, as many versions as you like, and answer a few questions. Farah (Agent, Career development) writes one profile from them, covering what you've done, what you can do and what you want. Everything later is checked against this record.

  2. 02 · once Joel (Agent, Career development)

    Where the jobs are

For each role you name, Joel (Agent, Career development) works out where that job is advertised in your area. That might be the big job boards, the council's jobs page, or the agency that places everyone locally. He suggests each site with a reason. You approve or reject each one, and say which ones you're logged in to.

  3. 03 · daily Rosa (Agent, Career development)

    The search

At the time you set, Rosa (Agent, Career development) reads what you said no to before. Then she looks at a limited number of listings on the approved sites, and picks the one worth going for. You get one catch a day for each role, or a quiet day. Either way, it's written down.

  4. 04 · daily Nadia (Agent, Career development)

    The documents

Nadia (Agent, Career development) writes a resume and a cover letter for that listing. They're simple single-column Word files that employers' screening software (an applicant tracking system) can read. She also saves the job description as a PDF, so you still have it after the listing comes down.

  5. 05 · daily Ezra (Agent, Career development)

    The check

A second agent checks the draft against your record. It fails the draft if it claims a skill, a job or a qualification you didn't give. Nadia (Agent, Career development) can't mark her own work. A catch can't be marked ready without a verdict from a separate run.

  6. 06 · daily Leela (Agent, Career development)

    Getting ready

Leela (Agent, Career development) writes the interview brief and puts a get-ready checklist on the card, suited to the role. For a hands-on job, that might be the vehicle check and the early start. For an executive job, it might be the board and the numbers. Then a notice appears on your desktop and stays until you look at it.

Then it's over to you

You apply on the site, in your own account. You tell the dashboard when you've applied, and later whether it led to an interview, an offer, or nothing.

Saying no helps it learn

Maybe the pay is too low, the shift is wrong, or it's too far away. Every time you say no, you give a reason. Rosa (Agent, Career development) reads them all before she looks at another listing.

Not switching yet?

Tell it you're preparing instead of looking, and when you plan to move. It writes a week-by-week plan for the skills to build, and you tick them off as you go.

Who it is for

From a van driver to a chief executive.

The search works the same way at every level. What changes is where the jobs are advertised, what the documents need to say, and how you get ready. Eklavya works that out from your record, instead of using a template.

Operational

Driver, warehouse, care, trade, retail

Your minimum pay and shift pattern come first, then distance. Sources include the agencies and council pages that the big job boards miss. The get-ready list covers the licence check, the kit, and what the first week looks like.

Professional

Nurse, engineer, teacher, analyst, manager

Your resume is tailored to the listing's own words, without inventing a line of experience. The interview brief covers the employer, the questions to expect, and how to answer each one from your record.

Executive

Director, partner, chief executive

There are fewer listings, and most come through search firms and networks you name as sources. The brief covers the board, the numbers, and the strategy question you'll be asked in the first ten minutes.

It's normal to look for several roles at once, such as the job you'd take now and the one you're working towards. Each role gets its own sources, its own daily search and its own catches.

Hard limits

What it never does.

You can't switch these off in the settings. The program refuses each one, or blocks it before it can happen. So a long run can't drift into doing one, and nobody can talk it into one in conversation.

When you first set Eklavya up, the dashboard lists these limits and asks you to accept them. Its wording is a little different from this page's.

  • 1

    It never submits an application

It prepares the documents. You read them, then send them from your own account.

  • 2

It never creates an account or uses a site you did not approve

It searches nothing until you've approved the site. It searches nothing behind a login until you've said you're logged in there.

  • 3

It never claims anything you didn't tell it

A skill, a job or a qualification that isn't in your record fails the check. A catch that failed the check isn't marked ready.

  • 4

It never sends your data anywhere

Your record, your resumes and every catch are kept in a folder on your computer. The only thing that reaches us is the licence check, which carries a licence ID and an installation ID. If you choose email notifications, your computer also asks us to send you a short email. It says only which topic needs you, never the job or the company.

  • 5

    It never decides for you

You decide whether to apply, what to accept and what to say in the interview. Eklavya is a tool. It doesn't give advice.

Away from the desk

The dashboard, on your phone.

The dashboard runs on your computer. To reach it from your phone, it prints a link and a six-character code. Open the link, type the code, and both screens show a six-digit number. If they match, you approve the phone from the computer. If they're different, don't approve it.

From then on, your phone sees what the computer sees. That includes the catch that's ready and the question waiting for an answer. You can even mark a job as applied from the bus. Each phone has its own key, and you can remove any one of them without affecting the others.

The connection passes through a relay server at its own web address. It carries only the pages the dashboard already shows you. You can keep the dashboard as an app on your phone's home screen. It tells you how to do this for the browser you're using.

Quickstart

About ten minutes to set up

Eklavya is a plugin for the Claude desktop app. You buy it, upload the file it gives you, and type one command, once. After that, you use the dashboard for everything. Claude just needs to be installed and signed in. The step-by-step guide is at How to get started.

1

Buy and download

You buy at our store and pay on Stripe's checkout page. As soon as the payment goes through, a page with your download link opens. The file has your licence inside it.

2

Upload it to Claude

In the Claude desktop app: Settings, Plugins, Add, Upload plugin, pick the file. Restart Claude.

3

Type one command

Type eklavya start, once. It checks what it needs and opens your dashboard. Everything from here happens in the dashboard, including your record, your roles, your sources and the daily search.

Or use the terminal

# 1. Install: your download page carries this line with your key in it

curl -fsSL "https://eklavya.polyglyphanalytica.com/licence/install.sh?k=YOUR-KEY" | bash

On Windows, the same link with install.ps1 and irm … | iex.

# 2. Then say this to Claude, once. The dashboard opens and takes it from there.

eklavya start
You need the Claude desktop app, signed in to a Claude subscription, and Node.js 20 or newer.

Why it is built this way

  1. 1An annual licence, paid in full or in instalments

Eklavya is sold as an annual licence. You can pay for the year in full, in advance. That costs at least 15% less than 12 monthly instalments. Or you can pay in 12 monthly instalments. If you pay in instalments, you owe the whole year. While your licence is paid up, you get every update. If an instalment is missed, or the year ends, this is what happens. Eklavya keeps working unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow. It stays on the version you have and gets no new versions, security fixes included. Updates start again when you pay what's owed, or for a new year.

  2. 2Your data stays on your computer

Eklavya runs on your own computer. Your own Claude subscription does the thinking. You don't upload your data to another cloud service. Our servers never see your data. They hold only your licence.

  3. 3Get more from your Claude subscription

Eklavya runs on your Claude subscription. You can use the same Claude for other work in your business too.

You need a Claude subscription that includes Claude Code. Claude is made by Anthropic. Polyglyph Analytica is independent of Anthropic.

  • It keeps working. Your copy keeps working on your computer for as long as you want it, even if an instalment is missed or the year ends, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow.
  • Every update while your licence is paid up. New versions arrive on their own, at the start of a session. You don't have to download or install anything.
  • Paying for the year in full costs at least 15% less than 12 instalments. If you pay in instalments, you owe the whole year. If an instalment is missed, your copy keeps working exactly as it does on the last day paid for, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow. It stops getting new versions, security fixes included, and the phone link stops too, until you pay what's owed.
  • One computer at a time. To move to a new computer, you install it again. Your licence renews into the next year by default, paid the same way. You can turn renewal off on your licence screen before the year ends. While card payments aren't open, renewal sends you an invoice. It never charges a card.
